Have dealt with this Auction company for quite a few years now. I have always found them to be very honest and open with all the auctions I have bid on. The few times I have had a issue, they were more than willing to help resolve any problems. In one instance, someone had removed a item I had purchased, even though it was my liability they offered to make it right. Yes I'm real, just purchased items from Fort Calhoun sale

All of my auction transactions with the Auction Solutions Inc team have been above and beyond positive. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The one issue out of many successful transactions I had was resolved quickly by the team (item accidentally picked up by another bidder, bidder was contacted and returned item to Auction Solutions). Look forward to future business with the Auction Solutions team!!!

I have multiple auctions that I was involved in. Most every item I have won in the auctions were exactly what I had bid on. When i have come to the sites to pick up my items the assistants have always been very helpful in making sure i knew where my items were at. In some cases someone had already taken and put all of my items in one place( that was awesome), realizing how many lots there are it must have taken a lot to do that. I think the people who work at auction solutions are some of the nicer and professional people I have encountered with all of the auctions I have dealt with.

Auction Solutions is a great place to work with. In order to place a bid on one of their auctions go to the auction you want to bid on - there will be a sign up link on the upper right of the page. You will then be prompted to create an account with Proxibid username password payment information etc... This is a secure website. You'll probably receive a conformation email for security purposes. You should be able to bid on every auction - There is a "Bid Now" red button next to each item or lot number. You can enter a max bid amount that goes up incrementally as new bids come in for that lot. You can also log into Proxibid while the auction is live and place your bids accordingly. And once you've won the items you've bid on you will receive an email from Auction Solutions on when & where you can pick up your merchandise. You will need your own boxes packing supplies etc for transport. Pls read user agreement as there is an additional fee for online auctions. I hope this helps !
Some items are available at the auction site and some are at the auction location. Look at the location section on web page. Pick up is same way. Best is to call if you have questions
