I spent $1,100 to have a vehicle shipped from VA to NE, which I'm fine with. After waiting 2 weeks for the vehicle to arrive CarMax associates scheduled an appointment with me to test drive the vehicle. I was 10 minutes early to the appointment only to wait over an hour and a half to be told there was no one to help me. I'm scheduled again for tomorrow, let's see if they redeem themselves. ***UPDATE*** I went to my new appointment, sceptical that things would go well. I was definitely wrong, they went phenomenally well!! I was promptly met and we immediately started the process. My car was sent off for the appraisal and I was set up for my test drive. I was allowed to drive the vehicle by myself. I dislike when the sales associate says they have to ride along. One thing on the appraisal, I do feel it was low, however, I got a good price on the vehicle I purchased so I think it evened out. I'm accustomed to the process taking hours and hours to complete. From start to finish it took 90 minutes. Now, if you like to haggle, this isn't the place for you. If you want a no pressure, fast, transparent buying experience, I highly recommend CarMax.

Amazing and quick service. Kept the online offer and same visit was provided the check. All-in all just 45 mins. Very very professional and transparent in every step of the way. I had vacuumed and done a car wash just before my appointment, so that may have also helped confirm the online offer CarMax offered.

The gentleman that helped during the process between getting the loan, processing department and then mechanics are so helpful. It's not always fun buying a car but, when they are enjoyable people, it's a lot easier. The mechanic was, so, nice when went in and talked to him about looking my car over. They have a 90-day warranty, and it came from Urbandale, IA want to make sure all oils are changed. My dad taught me... Very happy ! Love my Mini Countryman!

Varies based on several factors, you can get a rough estimate from sending in info and pictures but the best advice is to take it in and have them do an appraisal for you (with appointment it should be relatively quick process) as there are so many factors that cant be ruled out without having the vehicle in front of the tech. Hopefully this helps you out!

You don't get the money back so you better make up your mind before it gets here. I've had two different cars brought in and they were both as beautiful as they were online no problems
They do , but I never suggest it , you pay twice with the interest! But it is nice that they offer it, unlike most places!
