This was a very awful car buying experience. Do not buy a car from Internet Car Lot or you are asking for problems. I bought a car from them in December 2021. The heat in the car did not work properly and when summer came around the air conditioning started having issues as well. Also, it took a very long time before i got the title. I had no way to register the car or get plates. I called them several times and asked for a manager to return my call but they just ignore me. I totally got scammed on this car. Also, they never informed me that the taxes and registration were not included in the price. You make you sign a piece of paper stating that you will take responsibility for all issues that arise but the fail to disclose all the issues the car has. I don't think they inspect the cars very well. This is the was a very bad car buying experience. This company does not care about people. Also, there is an optional waiver that they include in the paperwork. It means you agree to arbitration and agree not to sue them. DO NOT SIGN IT!!

Everything was great and went smoothly. My only complaint was that the price dropped right after we purchased a vehicle. I found a vehicle on auto trader. However I do love that they deliver. I I would say that they were very patient with me and had a friendly attitude.

We loved working with The Internet Car Lot in Omaha. We got all the background information about the car we looked at and nothing was hidden from us. We had no wait when we set up our appointment and Alex Young was amazing with getting back to us via email and text to keep us informed. My husband and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new/used car!

Our staff wears masks and we have masks complementary available for our customers if needed. Our vehicles are sanitized and disinfected. We provide hand sanitizer throughout our dealerships.
