Maintenance NEVER ACTUALLY fix anything. It’s only one maintenance guy and he act like a female he never want to do nothing and lazy . The people in the office never any help, all about money, the gates never work, cars always getting broke into and to make matters worst these complex so old the inside isn’t giving “modern”. The entire complex in need of a “renovation” . To say a one bedroom 810 a month I could take that somewhere else and get a more “modern” apartment. NEVER move here . RUN. Ain’t don’t let me get started on the roaches , nats , and just little critters in your apartment for no reason . The exterminator guy never come and spray and when he do it must be water cause these bugs still be in here. We clean up in here , never leave food out , and always keep the house clean. You know it ain’t yo fault when you don’t have baby roaches . It be them big roaches. I had to stop using my pantry because they would crawl all over what was in there .The rent here should be 500-700 dollars . It’s giving scam if I could give zero starts I would .
