The Staff at the Hub is horrible and rude it’s a lot I can touch basis on about this apartment area. You don’t want to move here nothing gets done and the managers never care about nothing. The so call employees feel they run the whole office.

2 burners on my stoves been out since I moved in, was “fixed” twice and each time did nothing so the third time a slightly more official looking guy said it’s burnt out you need a new one. Instead of a new one like said some complex workers came the next day to “fix” the issue again and now 3 of my burners don’t work. Yippie

From a review they requested: Maintenance request are NEVER addressed! But rent is collected promptly so ig that's a plus. Huh, seems like all they care about is making money as cheaply as possible. It'll be too bad when i quite giving them mine. Update: They've brought in new staff that are really rude. I've gotten emails that a was package delivered from Amazon and gone to the office to be told we don't have it not our problem, only to get an email from the hub saying they have it a few minutes later. Really really don't recommend. Also read their auto reply to my review, they're trying so hard not to look bad. EDIT 2: I've attached photos of the pool because I think their photos are a little dishonest. The pool has looked like that for over a year. Also I'd like to add the roaches are bad... like really really bad. If you enjoy killing 5 roaches with one swing of a fly swatter, this is the place for you.

Questions & Answers

When you have a roommate do both of you have to pay rent or split it by how much it is I’m total? My girlfriend and I are thinking about moving into an apartment soon and The Hub is looks like a great start.

You can start with a joint lease or an individual lease. In case of joint lease, you both pay a single cheque for the complete apartment(if you'r taking the whole apartment). While in individual lease you both will be paying on different cheques as per your registrations. Management guys will make appropriate changes in accordance to your convenience. Please do tell them your constrains. Hope this works.

I wish I can give you a good answer... looking at the time from when you posted this you probly figured it out already!!! For the ppl still looking I can say that the area of the apt is a good one no drama weekends can get a lil loud but it's in spitting distance from LSU sooo 🤷‍♀️ close to walmart and the daiquiri shop so that's a plus... mgmt just sucks... I lived in both the orginal unit and renavated and I will say that the apt is the same except for cosmetically still leaks still ac issues still electrical problems walls still paper thin and pipe are super old so if a neighbor has an issue so do you smh! Move at your own risk I no longer live in the state. So cant tell you were else to go.
