Where do I begin? I've lived here over 3 years and have had a few major problems.. There was a water leak from the AC under the wall and the carpet.. That took a few days to get a response . When they came to dry the carpet they did not clean the carpet they just air dried it .Now it smells like mildew. After 2 3 weeks of leaking they finally fixed it. We cant use our fireplace due to "not being inspected after the storm".. they had to replace the fridge garbage disposal.now water heater. I put in online work order that the patio railing was rotten and falling apart. No response the board that fell off is now covered in grass. They don't call you back or let you know what is being done unless you show up to the office. Phone always goes to voice mail. Just put in order that the stove top burners are falling in due to the brackets are rusted out. Bathroom cabinet was still wet next to the a/c wall with mildew. They never fixed it. I had to spray it with kilz just so i can stay in the apt. Without getting sick. Mold on the ceiling in bathroom. The exhaust fan is a joke. They painted over the ceiling mold. Newly installed tub when I moved in but it had mold all around the edges due to the fan not doing anything.i pay to park under the "carport" 25 dollars a month. But others who don't pay are always parking there and sometimes taking our paid parking spots.. you can here every footstep from upstairs. Otherwise ,I enjoy living here due to the location. The pool is not cleaned regularly either.

Here’s everything I had to deal with in the course of a year. Read this review and decide for yourself if you want to live here - two major leaks in the ceiling of both bathrooms. Ceiling had to be cut out, took months for the leaks to actually be fixed. The leak in my guest bathroom was never patched correctly. - MOLD. Mold was a constant problem in this apartment, mold was present in the kitchen, laundry room, and both bathrooms. Had to throw away a decent amount of my furniture when I moved out because of the mold. Never fully fixed, constant problem. - when maintenance came to fix the leak in my ceiling they stood on my bathtub instead of a stepladder, cracking the tub. Put in a maintenance request but they never fixed it. - two major appliance failures, both my fridge and dishwasher went out. The latter happened two months before I moved out, I put in a maintenance request and it was not fixed by the time I left. - silverfish infestation, really just bugs in general. - building fire alarm was pulled once, alarm rang for hours and no one came. Eventually called the front office only to find out they weren’t even aware it was happening. They then called the fire department hours after the alarm was pulled. This was a false alarm, no actual fire happened. But in the case a fire actually does break out in your apartment, expect a response time of a few hours. - never gave me back my deposit, no reason given. I get if this is the price point you’re looking for, but perhaps you should consider looking somewhere else.

The lack of communication between the staff and the residents is astounding. My roommates and I have had maintenance requests since we moved in and only 2 of them were resolved after we complained to the front office. We were out of hot water for 3 weeks because the electric water heater in our apartment almost caught fire and we weren’t given a proper number by the front office to call in case of an emergency request. They only fixed that after 2 meetings with them. Now our dryer is squeaking and vibrating because it’s about to fall apart and we were told by the property manager to just deal with it because his squeaks too and so does another resident’s so yeah that’s cool. Don’t sign here unless you want all of your issues to get ignored. I know this isn’t a front office issue they really do their best to give us the information they can but the fact that the higher up management seems to dismiss our problems as “things we can deal with” isn’t what I expect from a property manager. 2022 UPDATE: Nothing has changed. It still takes upwards of a month or more to get your apartment fixed when you put in a case. They still shut off your water without letting you know. If you are between this apartment and another one, pick another one.

Questions & Answers

What are the 650 sqft & 750 sqft 1 bedroom dimensions? Could a queen-sized bed fit in either bedroom?

Jasmine, a queen size bed should be fine in either. I have the 750 sq ft apt and I believe the only difference is the size of the living room and bathroom.
