Please don’t live here. Been here two years. Have had two apartments here. First was infested with roaches they refused to fix the issue. Then the apartments had mold so I had to threaten to get a lawyer involved to be relocated. Now the current apartment I’m in is infested with roaches as well as rats. I told them there was a hole somewhere and they refused to come solve the issue.I’m leaving and I hope to get anyone from moving here. They don’t care !!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! Infested with roaches called and complained they lied and said they sprayed our apartment when we were waiting on them all day… then when things breaks they NEVER NEVER NEVER answer the phone Then When you knock on the door to tell her what’s going on she say “ here’s my business card and you can file your complaint online “ None of our windows lock and at the bottom of the door theres an opening so bugs can come in Make sure you READ THE LEAST it states “ even if we don’t meet our requirements you are still responsible for paying your rent “ they don’t fix nothing but want rent The maintenance man is very helpful . I complained to the lady she sent me back to my apartment I told him he fixed it fast !! He should be the manager “ if I could give it a 0 I would but I can’t so I give it a 1 “

No one is EVER available to take calls. I’m not even sure if we currently have a property manager or management team. Since I’ve been here, there was a hit & run involving my truck & a theft on my new vehicle, which is costing me so much unnecessary money. If you’re considering this place, look elsewhere. ANYWHERE ELSE.
