The worst costumer service I’ve ever seen they had me waiting for 30 minutes and after that all she said is Hi and hang up.

Delivered there today. Receiving staff was polite and professional. Got a door immediately and they had be unloaded less than 30 minutes after my appointment. On the receiving gate is says "use callbox to check in, but it's broken, call the number on the gate. They will tell you exactly where you need to go and open the gate for you. The exit gate opens when you pull up to it.
