Haven’t had cable since we moved in and it’s built into the rent. Ask the office to fix it and NOTHING happens. Management is trash. They never follow up. They don’t answer the phone either.

Me and my family lived here for about 6 months and we loved it, but office lady was always rude and lying on us because we was white. We never was ugly to her, but because of this we moved other then her it was a great place to live, I wish she was not there anymore so we could still be there.

I’ve been staying there for 2years now. The only problem is the pool haven’t been opened since COVID started. Since management changed I’ve seen a lot of changes around the complex. Another problem is the loud music coming into the parking lot. I love my apartment tho.

I normally do not leave reviews on companies but i HAVE to. So i initially applied for a flat back in Sept of 2021 and at the time the apartment was transitioning into new management( i found out later). They called in November and asked me if I wanted a flat available at a higher price and I told them I would call my significant other to check if he was ok with the price differential. We reached back out two days later to say we did but they had already given the room away. No problem, we agreed with management to wait until our desired suite was available and they would call me once its ready. I received no other call since then. Had I known this i would have never applied. Phone lines didnt wok for five whole months and at the time i was attempting to move, I stayed in another city so couldnt just drive to the location whenever I wanted. Finally in February the phone lines started working and I called to receive an update. They remembered me but by this time i didnt even want a suite, just my deposit back. Still an ongoing issue as of May 2022, Ive since been misdirected back and forth from old company to new company. One saying the other has my deposit and vice versa. But thats not the worst part. In going through all of this my latest call was the worst experience ever. I called recently and finally spoke to the new management for the units and they are extremely rude. When i explained my situation, the front desk lady informed me this is not their issue and theres nothing they can do. I understand that so I asked for corporate name who owns them just for better directions and to cut the miscommunication and direction. The front desk worker almost blatantly refused to give me the name of the corporate company who owns Magnolia Trace until I asked to speak with a manager who was equally rude. Kept getting placed on hold when all i asked was “what is the name of the company who owns Magnolia Trace”, I understand this is not their fault or issue but when it comes to miscommunication and direction you dont withhold corporate information. Ive never experienced rude service like I did with them.

This is a very good place to live new managment great quiet place for kids to play and there are a number of pools in the area...
