If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT live here. Please save yourself a headache. The black lady in the office is so rude and her and her team don’t respect others personal space. She uses her key tremendously. When I’m not home, I’m afraid she gone be in there. She busts in so much instead of just leaving a note by the door.. wearing NO MASK. The power goes out for hours if the wind blows too hard. I’ve had a leak in the closet and bathrooms and it takes them days to come check it out. Very unprofessional all around. Roaches, bad flies. ALL OF THE ABOVE. Live somewhere else.

Was approved but I purposely revoked my application . Apartment manager is Scandalous We went on our tour 7/27 , the living room space is extremely small. You can’t tell the difference between the living and dining rooms because it is the exact same size. But because of our conditions we were willing to look past it. Cameron (who the apt manager Christina says she fired within this week) told us there is molding in other units because of the rain. Still looked past that. We were told if we didn’t put down a security deposit before the 2nd week of Aug, there will be no vacancies. We gave them $250 security+ $200 pet on 7/30 We were told once we pay the app fee, get approved and pay rent we will be finished. I was also told by cameron that the apps are same-day process so we’d get a call later in the afternoon. We never received a call . We called the office ourselves because we never got a call— but they didn’t answer the phone. The next day (Friday) we called again & spoke with the apartment manager Christina and she told us give her a minute to run our numbers & she’d call us later that afternoon (again). Never got a call, so i called @ 430 before they closed, she said she didnt get anything back and said she’d get to it Mon. We called late Monday 8/3 around 12PM and Christina says they haven’t gotten to it yet & that we’d get a call later on that day. Never received a call, just another unfulfilled promise. It has now been 7 days (not counting the weekend) that our applications has not been processed. We never rushed them, we were always nice & met the dead line they set. All we asked was for them to communicate if there will be a delay in the process. Instead they told us day after day they would get to it and never did. Meanwhile my sister and I are waiting days for them to just get started on our apps so we can move. Christina was nasty and rude. I just totally do not recommend this place. Great move in special but over priced floor plans. They seem money hungry and they do not respect tenants. Well they didn’t respect me or my time (and im not even a tenant yet). I called her today Wed 8/5 & ask if she processed it yet & told her the strain shes put on us for prolonging our process . Coincidentally she calls back 15 min later & says im approved but i would have to pay an extra 250 + 87.50 for “unfavorable payment history”. Now i am more than welcome to paying extra for my past credit history but we were never told about it. And the fact after a full week of us calling them— now we are all of a sudden approved and owing of another $340 because of my credit. To me that sounds real scandalous and considering the fact they rushed us to give them the $450 for security & pet, held it for a week & told us each day of that week that they would call us later in the afternoon BUT NEVER DID is really dishonest and it is poor communication. I am not even a tenant yet and would have given them $1400 just to move in AND THATS WITH the move in special. With their attitudes? I think not. Ive never wrote a review about anything in my life but this place is money hungry— and if its not corp than it is the management in the leasing office. They were completely dishonest & untrustworthy, we were approved but backed out because of poor communication, DENYING certain phone call conversations and just flat out giving us the run around & taking their time to handle business. I just want to save you guys a headache.

Unsupervised young boys living in the apartments reached over the privacy fence between my home and the apartments and threw rocks at my car breaking the windshield. This isn't the first time unsupervised boys living in the apartments have done something like this. One year they threw golf balls. I contacted the apartment manager more than once asking if she contacted the parents of these boys and she has not returned my calls.

I have been a resident at Bluebonnet for two years. This is my home, I have no plans of moving anytime soon. The manager Ms.Jo is one of the best managers we had since I have been a resident.
