The pool was nice but hardly ever open. The gym was mostly closed,trash and roaches were a problem. Parking lot was always full and the gate was broken for the entire year we lived here. We were first shown one apartment and then the day we went to put the deposit down on it,we were told we had to move into a different unit. We paid our pet deposit but my autistic son was asked by maintenance if we had paid it,everytime he walked our dog! He never asked us adults! Only my son! I finally brought it to the offices attention but that still didn't help. And we could NEVER get anyone to answer our calls from the office!On the day we moved,we saw 6 other MOVING TRUCKS! My neighbors across the hall were even moving out!

I recently leased and am happy with my unit, the office staff is nice and always goes over and beyond. I have been in the office a few times and have encountered some of the tenants and I pray for these ladies as they are always sweet never loose they cool even when they have rude people coming at them. I do wish they fix the parking lot and do something about the amount of riff raff (tenants and passerbys.) Maybe you all should get security on the property. Also the little maintenance guy is so nice.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PPL. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND DO NOT ANSWER OR RETURN UR CALLS. I FILL OUT AN APPLICATION TWO WEEKS AGO FOR THESE PPL I TOLD THEM EVERYTHING I HAD TO TELL THEM. THEY NEVER RETURN MY CALLS INSTEAD MADE ME WASTE MY TIME AND GAS BACK AND FOURTH FROM MISSISSIPPI TO BATON ROUGE. MADE IT LIKE I HAD THE APARTMENT ON OCTOBER 15 BUT WHEN I GOT THERE TODAY WITH MONEY ON HAND... WE WAS TURN DOWN. MADE IT LIKE ME AND MY BOYFRIEND CAN GET TWO DIFFERENT APARTMENTS SINCE WE ARE BOTH ON THE SAME VOUCHER. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHEN BOTH OF OUR BACKGROUND CAME CLEAN AND WE HAD THE MONEY TO COVER WITH OR WITHOUT SECTION 8. A BUNCH OF BULL AND LIES AND WHEN U ASK TO VEIW THE APARTMENT THEY HAVE AN EXCUSE EVERYTIME. IM GLAD I DODGE THE BULLET!!! AND OH YEAH THIS BAD REVIEW WOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF SOMEONE WOULD OF JUST RETURN MY CALL BECAUSE INCOULD HAVE BEEN LOOKING ELSE WHERE...IM DONE...
