Absolutely phenomenal customer service at the front office from not just one, BUT THREE EMPLOYEES. Jamall, Trinity, and Javia have been nothing but helpful and professional. compared to almost EVERY other apartment complex office, I’ve called to try and find a place. whether they’re short staffed or busy, it is STILL obvious that they are trying their hardest To help you with your given situation. As someone who has worked in customer service for a long time, these three are at the top, of the top notch..

One word: ROACHES. Roaches everywhere in every size you can think of. I lived in UNIT 2106 and I have never experienced roaches like I did in this unit. The unit was definitely infested before I got there but not noticeably infested that you could see them actively 24/7 but they definitely were there. When I first moved in I saw a couple the FIRST month and I just thought maybe it’s because I’m on the first floor and there were trees around. But as time went on I was starting the see them more. Some just dead in random places. I thought this was a good thing but as I looked it up I found out that it meant I had an infestation. Most of the year I didn’t even stay here. I had to crash at my friends apartments bc of how often I would see them. I always kept it tidy so I knew I was not the problem. I did contact the office and they did send the exterminator but he never really did a thorough job. He would just spray one area and leave, like the problem wasn’t all over. I even asked the front if they could give a vacant apartment until the roach problem in my unit was done and she basically told me that there were no “clean” units available and if they did find one I’d be charged extra to temporarily stay there. My thought was why would I be charged more for a unit that has been infested before me? I also found out that a lot of people on my floor experienced the same problem. I also lived right by the gate in unit 2106 C and every time it closed it would slam close and make this veryyy loud noise. Almost like thunder. So I was always awakened in my sleep. The staff honestly was okay but they definitely need to invest in fixing the infestation problem.

This is best student complex you can call home. The Staff & Management team is what you can call family. The complex is a safe place to stay in its comfortable and relaxing if I would have to rate this complex I would give it 10/10 if you are looking for a place to stay I would recommend Alight Baton Rouge.
