Pet friendly. No noise complaints. And neighbors and staff are really nice and friendly. Not too far from the bus stops and you cant really hear the bars/partying/ trains towards the front of tigerland Main complaint is that there are so many maintenance issue. When we first moved in there were several roaches, there is still a large leak on our shower, dishwasher flooded, ac flooded, and garbage disposal stopped working and I am still waiting for things to get fixed. Recently our apartment AC flooded our unit and was never fixed by the "24 hour emergency maintenance". We had to deal with constant flooding and for almost two weeks till it got fixed. It damaged not only my living room but went to my bedroom as well. Management is nice, but is rarely there, often feel shrugged off by her though. I would have to visit the office throughout the day and she would still not be there. I even had to ask my neighbors around and they too have the same problem, if anything a lot of neighbors around here have too many complaints against the management here and have tried contacting the owners. It says it includes all utilities and that's because you will have to purchase your own lamps and lights. (no lights in the living room or bedroom except for closet). And the wifi is terrible even if you upgrade, I constantly have to call them since it goes out and there arent many other service providers out in this area. And cant talk on zoom meetings without disconnecting. I signed a six months lease and I am currently trying to resign as a six months lease again, but the management keeps pushing me to sign a year long and eight month lease. Pros: Pet friendly, no noise complaints, nice neighbors Cons: Too many serious maintenance issues, rarely see the management here, wifi sucks (cant even stream tv without errors), no 24 hour emergency maintenance, takes forever for issues to be resolved, they have increased the rent even if you have been with them for a while.

Maintenance is a large issue here. We have dealth with flooding, mold, water leaks, roaches, etc. We expected some maintenance issues when first moving in, but never knew it would be this bad. Turns out we are not the only unit that has flooding issues so beware. Neighbors are really nice and helpful, but they are all moving out due to maintenance and the management here. From what the neighbors said the maintenance man is very nice and is hard working, but definently low staffed. I think the management is very nice, but doesnt actually listen to our problems here and she is rarely there. The neighbors around here have all complained about her so watch out for that. The place includes everything even electricity and wifi, though the wifi is terrible and there are no lights in the bedrooms and living room, so be prepared to buy a few lamps. This place draws you in with the discount, half off rent, and how everything is included. But the maintenance issues are bad, cant stream anything on the wifi, trash everywhere, lights are constantly flickering in our apartment.

Definitely not worth 800$+ for a one bedroom. Bug problems, no lights in living room or bedrooms. Maintenance is extremely short staffed. Leasing manager never on property nor answers phone. Good thing utilities included, except the WiFi is horrible, and the flooding is ridiculous. During the hurricane we went a whole week without water or light. Didn’t hear one word from maintenance or leasing manager not even to check up or give an update. Rent time come around she decides to show her face. Again the bug problem is ridiculous and never seen an exterminator my whole time there. You’re better off somewhere else
