I don’t know where to start, but I love this place, I’ve been coming here for years now & the doctor really takes care of your vision & the patient, she explains everything thoroughly. She’s incredibly nice & you can tell she loves her job & patients. Front desk in general & René are very knowledgeable & explain everything in detail. There is some stuff that I don’t understand, and he explains it in simpler words, the Dr does the same. Rene trains his front desk very highly to provide the best customer service & runs the show smoothly for everyone. They answer all my questions. They do have a more holistic approach, which I like, because I don’t want to take or apply stuff with harsh chemicals, their stuff is super natural. This is the place to go for your eye care, I don’t understand the bad reviews, maybe just bad days? But very good strong team for sure. Thank you Belmont Eye Care Team

They have arrogant staff never coming back. They never see you at the appointment they schedule you at expext 30mins to an hour waiting. Front desk people are rude. The old man and his daughter work together at belmont and try to pressure you into unesserary services. If you want decent and organized services with respect go elsewhere because here you won't find it. Also make sure you look at your bills closely.

I was scheduled to see doctor at 11 am, but doctor showed up @12 am. Then it took another 3 hours to do different tests that costed $400 and were not fully covered by my insurance. So I had to pay around $300 myself.

This is one of the best eye doctors around - she is very holistic and her knowledge goes well beyond eyes -she looks at the whole body system and how that might affect the eyes. Her products are high quality and natural and her attention to detail is second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her service to anyone who genuinely cares about their eyes and health.
