Make sure you check the car over and with someone before you leave. They gave us a car that was not full and gas then charged us for gas, the car was in an accident and we didn’t notice until we pulled out because lights are still flashing in the dashboard showing where the accident was and there was damage to the car. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental car!

No information. Fees and charges were a pure guessing-game. Our flight to Boston got moved to a few days earlier, and in order to change we had to cancel and then rebook at double the price. I told your agent that we would look at other options and just cancel. He then offered us a better deal that we took. When we where picking up the car, it seemed like he had just removed the coverage to make it seem cheaper. Thinking we were covered, we got a big surprise at the pickup, where we had to pay even more than the prepaid amount. With no other options, we ended up paying more than double anyway. Well played! I really can’t take this type of dishonesty to try to keep a reservation. You could have had a stable costumer, as we are making this trip often, but now it’s hard for me to see us ever renting from Budget again

Upon arriving at the airport in Boston from a late flight, I had to wait for 2 hours and 45 minutes until 4 AM to get my car picked up. I had a reservation to pick it up and it was easy to do once it was my turn, but standing in a line for many hours is unacceptable. I had an elderly mother and young teen and toddler with me that all had to wait as well. Although not so much of a big deal, I also did not get the car that I ordered, a small/midsize and instead got a minivan with oddly only four seats. The staff was polite, and everything was smooth after I got my car.

I rented a Budget vehicle well in advance at a good rate. However, when I arrived at the Budget counter at Logan Airport at 3:00 on May 11, 2022, I was horrified to find a very slowly advancing line of about 60 people ahead of me. If I had not asked for help at the Avis/Budget express check in counter near the vehicles, I would not have been able to leave the airport for at least three hours (or so a man who had waited that long before obtaining a key for a Budget vehicle NOT located in its allocated space told me). What a nightmare! A generous spirited, kind, and helpful Budget clerk at the express checkout counter helped me, and this a much appreciated. he vehicle I obtained was in good repair and ran well. I returned it (filled up and with no accidents) quickly and conveniently at Logan. The checkout would have been awful if it had not been for the helpful clerk. Her name: Alisha, perhaps? I am grateful for her help.

Yeah. It’s nearly impossible. Was told that you hold off and don’t press any buttons. After 4 minutes it disconnected me. Don’t trust this company. They have terrible customer service.

There is a free shuttle bus from the terminals to the rental car center, where you can collect a car.
I think it'll be best to take them with you. It's not a long drive and the shuttle has plenty of space for luggage and people.

There is no counter in the terminals. Transfer to and from them is done by a shuttle bus. I didn't really pay attention, but I feel that it is able to accommodate disabled passengers. The cars can be reached by elevator. Hope this is helpful.

Or simply walk left of the counter pass dunkin donut stand and through the entrance towards cars. On the left is a secondary Avis/Budget counter. Usually not too busy, but now you know.
No problem. You will just be paying for an extra day that you wont be using car. Call them and change reservation to the 30th to save your money.
It has to do with billing like if the reservation was made thru a travel agent or corporate bill
