This is really more of a reflection of National not just this location. This location is closed at 5pm. National will let you make a reservation and it will not tell you that no one will be available to actually let you rent the car. My reservation was scheduled @5pm. You will call customer service but UNLESS there is availability at any other location that is OPEN they can't do anything for you. The location is wrong as well. It's located on the 9th floor

The reservation I made was for a car with built in GPS so there would be no additional daily charge for a GPS device. No cars were available with built in GPS so the attendants provided me with a GPS device at no additional daily charge. While there was a billing mistake on the rate it was quickly and easily adjusted upon return of the car. LOVE that the individuals I dealt with were willing and able to make the proper adjustment.

Super easy process, got a great vehicle via Emerald Club. After-hours let drop was helpful. Being on the 7th floor is suboptimal.

In most part I admire the people whom work in this branch. As emerald club I do get to upgrade. It did not work so well the last time. Excellent location usually excellent service. Will keep using this location to avoid airport fees. My rating would go beyond 5 stars, for service excellence. When it comes to car rental I have only one address. This goes also on international trips. Best fares and amazing service

I think there is an airport National different than the Atlantic avenue location, which is a major pain to use. Stay away from down Boston if you can. I had to walk almost to blocks from the office to the garage where the card are. When i finally got there there was no one to help me for about five minutes. Not recommended!
Nothing fast enough. You need to be at the airport an hour before flights. Two hours for international flights.
I was informed there was. You are best dropping off downtown then get the metro or taxi to make a huge saving. They have out of hours drop off if you can't be there by 6pm
