Since our shuttle came late our reservation was canceled thankfully we talked to them and got our van. Staff were good and the car was overall nice. The only stuff we noticed was our car was scratched but thankfully this was noted by the company.

2 days ago you gave me a car that needed oil change. The car also was physically dirty and with lots of scratches. Im giving you 4 stars because your customes service was excellent. I need a.different car if possible, I can't drive this for 6 months.

Rented two different SUVs from the Logan Avis desk. Both had tire pressure problems tat became apparent after I left the lot. Will never rent from Avis again. The roadside assistance call line is a joke and waited literally hours to get a tow truck to come. the ride that was supposed to take us to get a new car never showed up and we used Uber at our own cost. The second vehicle had a tire with a hole that was insufficiently repaired and leaked air around the "fix" Appears to me that they are trying to save money by using low quality and even repaired tires. Will never use Avis again.

If I could give zero stars I would. A ONE AND A HALF HOUR WAIT for the car! Absurd and never again. Never, never, never. When I was finally waited on, clerk could not have cared less. This line, 4 clerks, one of whom hung around smirking for a while, another wasn’t working and also left, that left two to process. Why would anyone choose Avis?

It is basically airport property although you do have to take a shuttle bus to get there. It is not an off site stand alone car rental agency
I was able to rent a car in Boston and dropped off in Albany. It was easy but not sure about the fees. Have a great trip!

That is not my experience. I rent many vehicles every month in different states. at the time of delivering the vehicle only they scan the vehicle and ready. Sometimes you just follow the drop off arrow and park the vehicle and that's it. the invoice arrives exact via email. We have never experienced that experience. There may be an issue with the payment card.

The above two responses are correct, you need to check the contact. You should br able to purchase a special waiver to do so if it's not part of your regular contract, since it's Canada. If it were Tijuana, Mexico it might be another story.
To my knowledge, they ask fir credit card. If they do take debit, they will run a credit check. You can call and ask or try signing up fir their fastbreak online and see if you get lucky.
You have to call the company directly at the airport and they will make arrangements.
