Erik was extremely helpful and pleasant helping us get our car and checking us out! The front desk was also very helpful with explaining the gas and toll fees. Great experience compared to some other rental experiences we have had! Thank you Erik and crew!

I received the worse customer service experience of my life today! Chris kept rolling her eyes at me and she kept breathing hard like she didn’t want to help me at all it was like she didn’t even want to be there it was the worst experience of my life I would not recommend this company to anybody ever and I will never use this company again you should not have people employed that don’t want to do the job and that is too hard for them to help you and just keep rolling their eyes at you like if you’re bothering them and they want to go back to doing nothing. She also called the manager when we didn’t even request one and told him that we wanted to speak to him when that was not the case at all she just didn’t want to do her job,

The empty parking lot is Thrifty Rental on Saturday Oct 16 2021. Beside parking lot is Budget and Avis. We waited 1hr 30 minutes to get a car. We travelled from Toronto Canada just to go watch our Son's football game in Rhode Island which we missed.I will never again rent from Thrifty! Bad business. Zero customer relations.

I really wish I saw these reviews before I booked with Thrifty. We used Alaska Airlines to book the rental car. I guess there is a reason why they are the cheapest option. We got to the rental counter and it was over an hour wait with the line going down the hallway. And now we came to the pickup area where there is a massive crowd of people waiting with no cars anywhere in sight. This is the first time I have ever not had a whole row of cars waiting when I arrived. They are bringing the cars from somewhere off site one at a time and they are all wet like they have just been washed so clearly they did not have the cars immediately available to the people who made a reservation. Avoid Thrifty!!!

Its "at" the airport, yes. But I had to get on the silver line (free) bus/shuttle. Silver line connects the airport with rental places and another station in Boston where you can pick up other terminals
I'd say every couple of minutes. No need to call.
My fight was delayed. I called and I was told that there is a two hour window to pick up my rental. I suggest to call
Read contract one more time and then contact Thrifty or where you paid or even your credit card company to get it resolved if you still think it’s necessary. It totally depends on the contract. I paid $800 something in advance to booking.com for a week rental of Yukon. Then I also paid $288 including ezpass at the counter because it was said clearly that some local charges were not included in my first pay.
The best thing is to pay for the ez pass from them. It's $12 a day but covers all the tolls no matter the amount. It benefited me as I noticed there are alot of tolls in boston.
Pickups take 1-2 hours.. So I would say no :/
Most cars will have the EZ-Pass attached to the windshield and they will charge you separately a week or two after returning the car. Definitely confirm with the counter before leaving the building.
I agree with george.... shuttle depends on how packed it already is or not.
Depends on how you rented usually. If you paid upfront you don't get anything back. If you just paid the daily rate you shouldn't have any additional charges. Best if you call the national phone number with your rental paperwork to find out.
