Not the best car I ever rented it was with high mileage and it was not even clean properly had to stop and clean the windows from the inside

Yikes, this is one of the worst rental car experiences I have had at an airport. You have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a metro bus. The bus sinage is a bit confusing, so not easy to ensure you are getting on the correct bus. The car rental counters all get slammed at the same time, so there are long waits unless you have a premium service. Next time in Boston, I'll get a rental in the city or suburbs and avoid this chaos.

All cars are returned to the same paring garage. Just be sure you go to the rental company you used and you'll be out to the shuttle buses in no time.
There will be staff till 12 AM for sure, not sure if there will be anyone after that. I collected my rental at 4 AM, so it should be 24/7.. you might want to call them and confirm.
