Terrible experience. We rented a car for our honeymoon in Boston. Just out with the car, less than a km, and one of the wheels bursts. We called the assistance who sent a mechanic after two hours, despite the fact that we were very close to the car rental. The mechanic noted the absolute lack of checks on the tires, completely worn and out of the norm. In addition, the key to unlock the rim was not provided, for this reason the mechanic could not replace the wheel. We call the car rent again together with the mechanic and they told that a tow truck would arrive. We wait another hour and a half. Luckily we were helped by a police steering wheel. Absolutely to avoid, these are not acceptable standards for hertz.

Awful experience. Bait and switch on my car selection. Ordered a compact and they tried to give me a run down Dodge minivan! Should be renamed Hurts!

The staff here is quick and friendly! I had the pleasure of working with a manager named Keri over an issue and she was responsive and took full responsibility of the investigation. If you can, rent here instead of the airport as there is a small business feel about it. If you rent a Tesla make sure to ask the employees to show you where any charging tools are stored in the vehicle prior to exiting the building.

Didn't accept my debit card, "you didn't pass a credit check" without any explanations. To cancel the reservation and avoid a no-show fee of $40 (which card would they charge though?), I had to call the support by phone, they couldn't cancel it on the spot. Of course, the agents working here did their job properly, but the company policy just does not make any sense.
