Yes they do! Both artist have done tattoos for me and their amazing. Brian Lee the owner does mostly all of my tattoos. He is very professional and passionate about his work. I am a Lee House customer for life.
I showed him what I had in mind and he nailed it!
I dont think they do piercings here.
