Rental company had no vehicles. I was left stranded at the car rental facility with my wife and four kids. You make a reservation so you have a vehicle and this company failed at the most basic business level.

Do not ever rent a car from this place! Some how this company stole money from my account. when I went online to secure a reservation of no charge, after I put in my card information and submitted, an error message came up stating that "this can not be completed at this time" I decided to take my business elsewhere and DID NOT reserve a car from them. Over a month later, they took out money from my account! When I called some women was extremely rude and confessing to me. I stated I have money taken off my card and would like to know why? She stated unless I have a contract number she cant help me. I proceeded to tell her I do not have one because I never rented a car from them. She said that's my problem and she can not do anything about that. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank.

Forced me to upgrade because the car I reserved was not available. Said they could not wave the fee.

Yes is does. The shuttle service is offered by the airport every 10-15 minutes. Is bus 55 if it hasnt change.
We are located in the Car Rental Center. On arrival, please proceed to the Rent A Car shuttle pick up area located outside of baggage claim at all terminals. Shuttle runs about every 5 minutes.
