Got our car delayed by 2 hours, could have been more professional. The drop-off guy was rude to command everything with no patience for customers to get all their luggage off the car before handing over the key

This is regarding a rental in September 2021 but still unresolved as of right now. I rented a car which had a HOLE in the storage cabinet between the driver and passenger seat. When I picked up the car, there was no notification or precaution on that (obviously it’s been there for a long time and nobody noticed). I put my keys in there one evening and drove home, and the key just fell down to the bottom and there was no way I could get it out that night. I had to return to the rental location the next day and requested it to be fixed. I also requested to change to a different car because I felt unsafe, but the counter representative was very rude and declined my request. I was very unsatisfied with this experience. I have rented a couple times with this location before and always appreciated them. But this is how they treat their customers who they want to do business with. I would not want to rent with them again.

It was a very convenient site to pickup the car… but the hours of this location is very restrictive until 5:00pm and doesn’t have self returned. The other issue is there is not any gas station in all downtown Boston not even a expensive one, you need to put gas outside the downtown or prepaid the gas

Avis didn't have attendees at car return to check in cars. Left car in cue and they lost the car in the car return cue line. Rented from them again and they sent me an email confirmation, which I didn't receive instantaneously (20 min later). They should be handing a paper receipt to every customer to confirm the return of the car.
