Loved the creek across the way. Took my granddaughters 9&11 with me to enjoy a mini vacation in the wilderness. They also loved it. It's a resort so it also has 3 pools a water splash a bar restaurant and store. Very nice.
Alanna
A resort like no other. They offer a little bit of everything for someone to always have something to do, plus for free. It's great to find a place where you can go camping, be with friends & family, and the entire time you feel safe. Plus, with so many pools, fishing spots, paddle boats, canoes, miniature golf, dance club, bar, Bingo, craft fair, and many more things to do you will never get bored!
Yubi Fields
Great place. Lovely and peaceful. Fun and lots of things to do. Angie is excellent at the family center. Too bad the RV sites are too close together like sardines in a pack.

I have one for sale if anyone is interested
Yes our contract said it goes to our siblings that sucks I started 81 they changed the contract not fair
13 years ago I purchased this membership for my parents. Since then, they have upgraded the membership to the “Elite” level of membership. Which means they have access to all the new & newly remodled cabins as well as, free coffee an/enhancement was made. My mother has no interest in visiting alone and I’m not a fisherman. Which begs the question; what is my Mother’s membership worth and whats the best or advisable Chanel to advertise for sale.
We were told the same when our father wanted to transfer to us also. We were good with the 150 but 1500 a year that is crazy
Hey lance hows it going. Ive been a member since 1997 and i paid as much Marianne did 6,000+ because of the resort of distinction club they offer. But they offer different level of membership. LOVE THE PLACE!! Especially the fact they stock the lakes every week. P/S my wife has found on craigs list private sellers of personally owned membership at very low cost some selling for as low as $800.00 so check that out.
My wife and I just took over payments from her cousin. We went through Mountain Lakes and rolled the transfer fee into the payments. We will pay for the next 4 years and then we will own it and just pay quarterly dues.
I just got mine, look on craigslist or give them a call.
No long term, 2 wks on 2 wks off. One 3wk stay per year.
Contact Mountain Lake customer service & advise that you would like to take a tour of the campsite & ask if they still provide the free weekend stay if you take the tour. Good luck with everything
Contact the sales office for a free weekend stay.
If yiu are a memner you can ask for anlonger time, but no guarantees
Yes or you can go as the guest of a member but you need to have permission by the member
I'm sorry I live near there but know nothing about were your asking about. I'll check this weekend and post what I can find out. I hope I can help.

A couple 1000.00 I got into it in 91 5000.00 between me and my dad it's worth it especially if you have kids
Yes but its limited to one hour then you have to wait and sign in again...your best nets to get your own wifi booster
Yes but if its a big dog it has to have a top to prevent jumping and it has to be staked down...there are two permanent kennels up there also by the fish cleaning table that are available if you go to something and you dont think you dogs will stay in your temp fence...they are clean and roomy just take a lock...also remember your leashes and clean up bags..there are some around the resort but its getting warmer eo more people...oh also take a copy of your dogs shot records just in case they bite another dog or person..that can save you alot of trouble and dometimes the rangers check

Yes you can, but you need to have membership in that camp or be invited by someone who does☺
NO CHARGE FOR PETS YOU JUST HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OR BE INVITED BY A MEMBER AS A GUEST OR TAKE A TOUR
You need to be a member and each cabin is a different price the one I get is 75 a day
If u come as an invited person u can get a site and u can bring up to 10 people but u have to go on a tour to get a sales presentation
Had T Mobile before did not work . Have Verizon now it will work but sometimes the signal can get spotty
They are always selling membersips. Cost depends if you buy from the resort or privately from someone selling their membership. There are several levels of membership and I am not sure of the exact cost. I have heard the least expensive if buying from the resort is $12,000. Not sure how correct that is though since I didn't hear it from them.
Yes, get a day pass if you're a member.
They have winter hours now and close operation s early
Yes but u have to have a parking voucher... If u are a guest for a member u get the voucher from them.
Yes, lots of pets. Across the way is private park area with lots of space for walking dogs
Call member services..they sometimes have a list
Hello.I will get back to you as soon as possible. Are you local in the area? What county are you residing in?
You have to reserve in advance or get put on a waiting list, I recommend you at least reserve a month in a half before
its a different prices
The site is open about the cabins I cant tell you cause we took our own RV. And reserved parking space. I can tell you its really nice.
What if you are a member How much are the cabins then
I believe so. But I'm not 100% sure.
I'm pretty sure it was 2000 feet.
Call Drake at Mountain Lake's and he will take care of you.
Have to have a membership, about 9000 now, but you can buy used, my friend has1 for5000
Its not for sale I'm sorry. But u can take a tour of the which takes about 2 to 4 hours and u get to stay free for the weekend
They never sent anything about the cabins how much they going up or anyting I've been a member for a long time and they never sent me anything
Depends. If u buy from mtn lakes direct it can be very expensive. Look on Craig's lists and make sure to research the diff kinds of memberships before buying.
A lot
Yes you do it won't reach
I have been a member for Iver 20 years. Prices have risen since then. I would call and book a weekend (free) to listen to their Sales speech. My family loves it!
This is not a time share...in a time share you only get a certain block of time every year....with my MEMEBERSHIP i get two weeks of actual over night stay in the park every month and then once a year i get three weeks in one month my choice when i use that..also i can come up here everyday on a day pass if i want to...and it doesnt count towards my two weeks a month..sometimes people list them for sale in the green sheet otherwise you can contact the sales office sometimes they have a list..
Hi Richard, Mountain Lakes is a members only resort. You do have to be a member or guest of a member to gain access. To receive an invitation give us a call at 800.624.7738 M-F, 9am-5pm.
Hi Jamal, we are a member only park. Give us a call at 800.624.7738 to receive an invitation.
Pets must be on a leash at all times. Please pick up after your dog. I believe you can bring propane fire pits, as for wood burning I am not sure.
Jim you can buy from the private seller now. As long as it has been a year or more.
You can also fish the creek across the street of Mountain Lakes Resort. You will need a fishing license. This creek is not stocked like the lakes at Mountain Lakes.
Try on craigslist
If they wanted to save on electricity they would ask people to run their hot water heater on propane and not electricity hot water has an electric probe in it that use a lot of electricity your refrigerator use a very small amount of electricity it runs on a 2 amp fuse
you should call the offices and see what proper steps that need to be done in order to transfer
If you are buying from someone else do not go on the tour from Mountain Lakes. Only go with the person you are buying from. You will not be able to buy it from the person selling if you go on the tour from Mountain Lakes.
I believe a membership is 7500. Me and my wife took over payments from her cousin and currently pay $85 a month for the next 4 years.
Mountain Lakes is a great place. It's a bit pricey but enjoyable. Holiday weekends are hard to get reservations and crowded but they have lots of things to do.
Yes you must be a member or have a member in your party make the reservations for you
If you are still looking, I'm considering selling as we will be moving out of state.
Not open to public it's a private membership RV resort you must be a member or guest of member for entry and members are limited to a total of 10 people including themselves per stay
One or two, as long as they fit. They are concerned about the number of people. Four people are included in your campsite, $10 for each extra person.
It all depends on which package you purchase. It has nothing to do with your income. if you finance your membership, you will have monthly payments. If you don't Finance it, you won't. You will always have quarterly dues.
No you can be there two weeks and off two weeks
Just talked to ML and they said the only one you wont get are the Elite Cabins
They'll give you 2 nights to check it out. Then you go to the sales pitch.
Yes but if you are a guest of a member you need to have the member go with you to buy a license
