How much is price also transfer fees?

We were told the same when our father wanted to transfer to us also. We were good with the 150 but 1500 a year that is crazy

We were told to transfer to our daughter it would cost 500$ but she would have to pay a 375$ a quarter every 3 mo. For maintenance. We pay $150 4x year from the 1980's but $375 every 3 mo. Is outrageous for working people who can't go often enough to justify this maintenance cost of $1,500 a year.
