They are always selling membersips. Cost depends if you buy from the resort or privately from someone selling their membership. There are several levels of membership and I am not sure of the exact cost. I have heard the least expensive if buying from the resort is $12,000. Not sure how correct that is though since I didn't hear it from them.
Yes, Mountain Lake Resort is still available. But I went on a visitor pass so I don't know the cost.
