Wow Daniel is absolutely amazing. Sue is awesome as well. I am so curious how you find such great employees. Please let me know because I need people like this for my business. Today I rented a spot for my RV to park. Daniel help me very professionally and swiftly get the job done. Sue came in with great energy and a big smile as well. I can't think goes to enough for really making my day. These days must most customer service people have bad attitude and it's a bad experience. However, my experience today with Extra Space Storage on 5th street in Oxnard was terrific.

Wonderful staff and storage experience here! John is super friendly and I highly recommend this facility. My only issue is with the prices -- but that feels like luck, timing, and the area. So I can't fault this location for that. Thanks John!
