Lee and Kristina have done a fabulous job taking care of our rental properties! This is very important to us as we do not live anywhere near the properties. Letty and Kristina and all of the REMAX staff have worked hard to help me with my rental units, including assisting me with some problems with a contractor. They've kept in contact with the tenants and made all necessary arrangements for repairs and solving problems to help keep the tenants satisfied. They've also made good suggestions for making the properties attractive, including meeting with me at the units to get a first-hand look at what needs to be done. Their advertising services have been very effective, and all my units have rented quickly. They are easy to contact, and always return calls in a timely manner.
