The staff is pleasant. They really try very hard to accommodate everyone and do very well. I really like how they listen to me and what I have to say. They are genuinely interested. I also enjoy the activities we have here. They are very fun.

The staff is great. I needed to move rooms and Social Services was really prompt about getting me into a room I liked. My room is a lot bigger now and I am more comfortable. My wife was here with me in the beginning and they took great care of her before she passed. They kept her comfortable in her last days and I appreciated it very much.

I have been here multiple times over the past 5 years and I have always had a very pleasant experience. I love the staff! They're wonderful. The place is very clean and the food is very good. I love looking outside my window at all the flowers outside. They are so beautiful. The staff is always so helpful and very quick to respond when I need help.

I had a friend at alderwood for a short term rehab stay following a car accident. The therapists worked with her and were able to get her fully independent and back home. The nursing staff is compassionate and the management staff is very helpful. They went above and beyond for my friend!
