Bad experience here as a CNA, a nurse swore at me and went unpunished, manager tried to sue me for writing a bad review, really treat CNAs poorly here.

My mother was there for some rehab. She had a vest that she was to wear when she got out of bed. When wearing the vest she was extremely ambulatory with a little bit of help (for balance) but because the staff didn't want to put the vest on her she was forced to use a bed pan instead of help her walk to the bathroom that was 15 feet away. She spent 5 weeks in bed with the exception of physical therapy twice and week. In those 5 weeks she got 2 showers although she asked for more. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. I have told as many people as I can to never send a loved there

I love this facility. They put their residents first and make it a priority to care for our loved ones like their own. Thank you Harpal for taking such great care of my loved one.

I visit North Cascades about once a month to bring communion to the Catholics. I am impressed with the caring attitude of the folks who work there. That's the most important thing but in addition, It feels clean and fresh. My mother was there for 2 months years ago, and the fact is that this level of care is tough on everyone; it's the nature of an institution to standardize care, but I notice the accommodations they make for individuals and I think they listen to each other. I honestly think it's about as good as it gets.
