The store at bells fair is great. Busy but great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most importantly you won't be talked down to, that's an extra plus.

Terrible customer service here. Tried to buy a phone in store. I paid for the order only to find out that it was going to be shipped as well as the color of the phone was wrong. I left the store without a phone and I have to wait for them to refund me my money. Don't give this store your money

I cannot begin to comprehend Verizon's business strategy for their stores. When you walk in you stand around with other customers confused on where to go. Eventually an employee walks up and puts you on a waiting list. I asked if they had a phone in stock that I was looking for and was told that another employee could answer my question when it was my turn. After waiting over an hour I asked again and was told that they are out of stock on the majority of phones which is fine and I understand. Why not just tell me that before I wait around for an hour? During my wait I watched every customer walk in and have no idea where to go. They don't have a counter and there isn't anyone at the door explaining how the will take care of you. One customer simply wanted to return a new in box phone accessory, he was put on the wait list as well. When he asked why he couldn't just return it and leave he was told it doesn't work that way and he must wait his turn. Once "your turn" comes up it appears to take over 45 min to simply buy a new phone. I can only guess the employee's are on commission due to how hard they push accessories and upgrades on customers. I also heard multiple employee's tell customers they needed to call 611 for customer service for a phone issue. I had been cut off by customer service earlier because they close at 7 pm ET. The employee's were telling people to call customer service when customer service had been closed for over 2 hours! Verizon's customer service is horrible and I will never set foot in an actual store again.

I love this store. I've been going in there every few months since they've opened, because I have quite a few phones on my account and it's almost impossible to get a live person at Verizon. So I go in there and they always solve my problems quickly and professionally. I rarely have to wait at all, there's usually someone standing at the entry waiting to help, and we get right at it. I can't say enough good things about everything they've helped me with, and pretty much everyone there has helped me at one time or another. A lot of times the problems are simple and I'm a bit embarrassed to have come in for help, but they're never condescending or make me feel like I should have figured it out myself.

They sold off the traditional phone service to Frontier, now the offer a "Wireless Home Phone" which can offer a dialtone via a box that brings a cellular signal in, and has a phone jack in the back. Service is $20 a month, equipment is $99 for non contract, or discounted to $29.99 on a 2yr contract.
