Jordan, the manager who helped us, was the most amazing person I have ever met. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at ATT and it was purely because of him. We have been ATT customers for over 12 years. He deserves a raise! We were overwhelmingly satisfied with our experience. He helped both me and my mother, making the experience enjoyable and entertaining. When I go back to ATT, I hope I see Jordan again. He was professional, yet fun, and very attentive to both me and my mother, while also helping other customers. Thank you Jordan!!

This morning I walked into my local AT&T store because I wanted to upgrade to an IPhone. Until today I have only had bad experiences when going into a AT&T store, terrible customer service and I always feel like the employees are trying to get me to buy bull**** but today Elijah restored my faith in AT&T and their customer service. From the time I walked into the door it took less then 10 minutes to be leavening with a great deal on a new phone and an affordable payment plan, and Elijah didn’t even try to sell me overpriced screen protectors or cases. Even when I went home and accidentally through my new SIM card away like an idiot… I went back to the store and Elijah helped me out with no problems. 10/10 would Elijah again 👌

A very good experience. Elijah, and Collin very helpful. Received better information, service, and deals compared to the store on the Guide by Asian 1 where Costco used to be. I wasn't given the opportunity to get cash for trading in my Android as I purchased an iPhone at the Guide store. That in and of itself was enough for me to highly recommend this Samish AT & T store. Glad I had issues with first iPhone and was able to get a better deal at the Samish store. Leon is also helpful. I worked with them at the Bellis fair store. Leons home store is at Samish, however. Just giving a shout out to Leon as well. Thanks everyone 👍

As two brand new cell phone buyers, Christian’s approach, patience, and professionalism were a welcome change to what we’d experienced leading up to our phone call to this ATT store. Christian treated us like real people instead of like “voices on a phone” and he understood that our level of knowledge about phones, plans, and the entire process of getting started wasn’t the same as someone who grew up using cell phones. That made all the difference in the world.. Christian’s patience, professionalism, and honest kindness were a welcome change to what we’d gotten used to during this shopping process. He tailored his approach to make us feel comfortable and never talked down to us. If you’re in the market and want to be treated fairly, professionally, and NICELY, you should visit this ATT Store or give them a call. You won’t be disappointed. You might actually be pleasantly surprised that there are places and people out there in the marketplace that still appreciate your business and treat you like you and your business have value.
