I went to the store to get help with my pre-paid phone. Long story short, 15 minutes later I walked out of the store in same spot as when I arrived. The person assisting me was nice enough and kind enough but was either not familiar or competent as my only option seemed to be to get a new number, new plan. So I went to the TMobile store at Marysville as it was on my way. As soon as I explained it to the amazing person at the store, he took my info and resolved within 10 minutes.

People at this Location need more training in Customer Service specially Grace this per person was rude, it's sad to deal with this type of people after a long day of work road close due to flood/land-slide. if you need help with your phone or need to add cell phone services go to T-Mobile at Sea Home Village. Great customer service.

Starting buy phone after 10 min another salesperson called my salesperson to the back room and after that my salesperson said that we don't have the phone you want. but I heard another client want to buy the same phone as me. Alohoy shop and sellers. They choose clients who they like best.

I generally love t mobile and what they offer is great. The service at this location; not so much. I went in for a simple trade in + upgrade and they continued to fail at getting all of our information accurately. They kept getting confused on which phone on my line I wanted to trade in. I had one black 7 plus and one rose gold 6s at the time, not very hard to mix up, but they did. After getting home and realizing they used the wrong phone to trade in, they told me it’ll be fine and either will work. I say ok great. Then we learn they configured the 6s wrong and making calls didn’t work. I went back in again.. and they fixed it. We finally get our new iPhone 11s in so I’m ready to process the trade in online. Nope, they did the wrong phone. My phone wasn’t showing anywhere on the shipping label, only the phone I specifically told them I did t want to trade in. I make a call to t mobile and they fix it for me, great! I ship the phone. Now they get the phone and I only get credited $118 when they told me I’d get $350! I call again and they apologize and fix it. Great. At this point I’m frustrated that I keep having to call and get these things straightened out, but I’m glad they can fix them easily. Just got a text that the phone trade in was processed.. on the wrong phone number. The whole process was just very sloppy. I don’t blame any specific employee because we were tossed around in the store between 3 different employees so I’m not surprised it happened but perhaps the place could be managed better.

As Google "Local Guides," we are volunteers who try to offer objective answers and advice, but we are neither proprietors nor employees, so you may want to call or stop by the store. That said, I travel widely and have been extremely happy with T-Mobile for about 15 years now. Since they're based on Bellevue, the coverage in Western Washington is excellent. Ironically, my home in Bellingham is right in the edge of their coverage area, but they invited a signal booster which provides new with the same great coverage I seem to receive everywhere else in the country. I've also been quite happy with their international coverage, local carrier partners and pricing!
I'm not sure of their hours, call, drop in or Google it...
