Had a great experience at Pacific Northwest Urology Services. Had a vasectomy done, performed by Dr. Roeter. Facility is clean, modern, easy to get to and good parking. Check in I was greeted warmly and was efficient with minimal paperwork. Appointment started on time. Medical assistant took vitals and asked pertinent questions. Dr. Roeter explained the procedure thoroughly and asked if I had questions and allowed me to interrupt if needed. Procedure took only about half an hour and was only slightly uncomfortable which is pretty darn good given the sensitivity of this area. Thank you so much for your skillful, efficient, and attentive work, Dr. Roeter! Will definitely return should I have any need for Urology care.

The office staff and nurses were all friendly, attentive, and efficient. Doctor Reznicek removed my prostate gland after finding dangerous cancer in it and consulting with Johns Hopkins medical school. post op pathology report revealed I'm now cancer free!!! He was an awesome Doctor and surgeon!

I went to PNUS for a vasectomy, and though I was apprehensive, it was less painful than most of my tattoos! Dr. Roeter was very kind and professional, and has a great sense of humor. He also clearly has extensive knowledge of his practice. I highly recommend PNUS to anyone looking to get a vasectomy. But they do far more than vasectomies! People of all genders can benefit from a good PNUS service! PNUS!

Hi Mike. Yes, we do laparoscopic prostate surgery. "Radical" simply means a removal of a prostate for cancer. Radical prostate surgery can be done both Open and Lapraroscopic (or Robotic), approach wise. We do both. Great Questions and Thank you.

Do you use any alternative diagnosis for possible prostate cancer, other than PSA, rectal exam and, Surgical biopsy? Maybe TMT, CDS,, ultra sound, or Full body thermography.

Great question. There is more and more data coming out on how to help men diagnose prostate cancer besides using PSA as a screening tool and biopsy as a confirmation. The gold standard remains prostate biopsy (ultrasound guided), just like any other cancer needs a biopsy reviewed by a board certified pathologist to confirm suspicion from things like a PSA test or an abnormal rectal exam. Check out SelectMDx - SelectMDx provides the likelihood of detecting prostate cancer upon biopsy, and the probability for high-grade versus low-grade disease, with an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.87 (95% CI: 0.85-0.90). Very Low Risk men may avoid unnecessary invasive procedures with routine follow up and screening.
