Inconsistent hours. Drive thru closes without warning. Closed in the middle of the day for an hour. No sense of urgency. Terrible customer service. Medications delays. Disappointing overall. I have been a customer for two years. The short staffing would be understandable, but these issues were present before (actually less severe during the pandemic restrictions) and getting worse. Fred Meyer pharmacy's inability to hire, train and retain employees seems to be the issue exacerbateing already subpar service and likely the core cause of understaffed departments throughout the store. Do better Freddy's.

Even if they say that your prescription is ready, don’t bother coming in for another day. I was told that my prescription was ready on Thursday and when I went in three days later, it hadn’t even been shipped to the location yet. It’s impressive that they can even retain business.

There is nothing good to say about this pharmacy. I've been a customer for 2 years and after being constantly told my prescription is ready only to show up and have the medication "arriving later that day" I have officially switched to a different pharmacy. The lines are so long and the organization pitiful. Not to mention the customer service's complete lack of care if you're out of a prescription, after providing several days for the refill to be processed. Just don't go here there is nothing good to say.

I've never had anything but good experiences here, even when I've made mistakes about pickup times or other things like that everyone working there is always patient and helpful. I also get my flu shot here every year and they're always very kind and efficient. There is a little bit of a wait but that is to be expected, so I certainly don't mind. I appreciate how nice everyone who works here is and everything they do :)
