Needed an eye exam and pair of glasses, they got me in same day and I was very lucky they had my prescription in stock and got me out the door an hour later. They were professional and their expertise shone through.

I have had consistently bad experiences here. I came in for regular eye exams like I used to do at other eye doctors, and they didn't seem to understand that. The doctor didn't spend much time with me during my exams, and spent most of it talking about himself. Got an exam and a prescription and then learned that the exam didn't 'count' for contacts (like it does everywhere else), and I would have to spend more money for a 'contact exam'. Wanted to buy new frames and lenses for my glasses, and they have a huge unsorted selection that they didn't help me understand. They told me my insurance would cover both lenses and frames. When I had finally picked out a set of frames, they informed me that there was a $75 'copay'. They clearly new about that because they looked at my insurance information beforehand, and conveniently forgot to inform me about the 'copay' (since when is a copay $75) until I was already committed to getting the new glasses and frames. I only went back the 2nd time because my insurance doesn't work anywhere else in the county. If you have any other options, go somewhere else.

I love this store. As someone who has to have new glasses every two to three years, it is so nice to know that there is a small family business, run by folks who really care and are kind, that has an amazing and affordable selection of frames. Anytime I've complimented someone in Bellingham on how great their glasses look, 100% of the time they bought their glasses from Everything in Sight. Everything in Sight is special and very different (in a good way) from other stores in their industry.

After going elsewhere for a new pair of glasses I'm now realizing how many more options there are for lenses and frames! I have a fairly high farsighted prescription in only one of my eyes and hi-index lenses were never mentioned to me. I ended up with glasses that had one fish bowl looking eye where the lens also stuck way out of the frame and another one that was completely normal. It looked so ridiculous I never even wore my glasses that I paid $400 for, but without this being told to me I thought there was nothing I could do. All that happened is I was shown the women's frames, not given any opinions on what would look good on me but just left to find frames on my own. I chose a pair I liked and they rung me out. No options as to what lenses were available, no tips on how to make my prescription look good in my glasses. Now knowing it is totally possible and very common to eliminate the magnified affect and the issue of lenses sticking outside the frame, I'm blown away they don't mention this.

I got glasses from them through United Healthcare
They do take united but only one doctor i think so you will need to call for appt. It's the best place to get glasses in Bellingham in my opinion I once had a pair of frames break three years after I bought them and they had to be replaced I did not have the money and they did it for nothing then my new frames actually broke twice and they replacing both times free of charge I'm kind of hard on glasses I think
