A nice and cute library, small but it's the kind of library you can go in, read around, collect or order your books, and a really helpful and friendly staff to assist any of your other needs. I tend to prefer the smaller branches of Libraries, and this is the model example as to why.

They dont have a fax, but harvery' grocery store on gordon hwy does for $1.00 a page
I don't think so but you can get on apple and probably go from there.
You can download to zip drive and you can print pages for a cost
