Never got to stay at this park because they canceled our reservations the day before we were supposed to arrive. Ruined all our plans in the area. Would never recommend

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My husband and I headed to Oxnard CA for about a month; my husband is working in Oxnard. I called a week before we would be there. On my first call with Bruce at Evergreen, he was pleasant and stated he had a spot for us. So my husband and I reserved it. After we hung up, he called me back and stated the spot was only a 30amp. I told him I don’t know if that will work, but expressed to hold onto our reservation and that I will call him back. On Sunday morning, I called and there was no answer; no voicemail so I texted him stating that we will be there on June 4th. No response for 2 days. I called again and spoke to a lady. When I told her that Bruce was the one that took my reservation, she stated that he will have to call me back. He never did and after waiting 3 hours, I picked up the phone and called again. This time, Bruce answered the phone and confirmed our reservation for Saturday, June 4th (he was cold & rude on this call). The next day, (Wednesday), a lady called me around 5pm. She told me that our reservation is canceled. No reason as to why … it was JUST CANCELED! That put us in a frantic way; 3 days out when we arrive in Oxnard. After over 20 calls on Thursday, we finally found a place to stay; the owner bent over backwards for us. The bad thing - now my husband has to drive 77 miles one way to work. If you are ever in the Oxnard CA area, DO NOT and I mean DO NOT reserve at Evergreen RV Park. They are the worse on customer service! And you will find that they will cancel on you a few days from the date you are to arrive!

Management is a nightmare, Susie in particular. NO customer service. NO concern. Possible discrimination case that I will be pursuing. Mimic past customer review, "you've been warned"!

Unbelievably the worst possible experience! On a wait list they call I fill out the forms pay for the background check get a slew of e-mails that say I have the spot and all of a sudden no spot and they tell me to find a new place. Asked Sue / manager for corporates name and number and she refused. I'm going to find and post after I give them the whole botched up story. Rude and unprofessional!! You've been warned.
