They are cheap. Their holiday hours are unreliable and unpredictable. They say they are closed on holidays, but sometimes they are also closed the day prior to holidays with unpredictable changes. They do not notify tenants in advance of access hour changes. Like on New Years Eve which is technically not a holiday they said they would be open until 4 pm, but later changed their closing to noon. This was an extreme inconvenience to me since their were items I required for an upcoming trip, but I had no indication they would be closed early on NYE. Now I'm left delaying my trip until they are open again. I'll be finding an alternative to storing my items here that is more accessible than L & M.

It's cheap. My unit has ants and I have no food in there..but that might just be heat. It's not air conditioned or indoor. No amount of glamour to this place at all, but it's cheap.
