Mrs. Ross who is the receptionist made me wait for more than 2 hours!!! When I arrived I told them I didn't have an appointment, they told me to wait sitting down!! Watching that time passed and they did not attend me, but they passed other people who were arriving without an appointment !!🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I go and ask when it's my turn?? They tell me to wait!!! I'm still waiting and the same 😳 People keep passing by without an appointment🤷🏻‍♀️And I arrived a long time before!!! He calls me and asks me what do you need? Only 1 vaccine for my child,, he takes away my vaccination record,, he returns it to me saying, that he doesn't need it!! Or how are you going to pay? I tell him in cash 💵 and that made even scratch his forehead (as if frustrated)😳🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ And they send me to sit down again!! After 2 hours of waiting, I am given paperwork to fill out. And when I return it they tell me that there are 5 people with an appointment, before me !!!😳🤦🏻‍♀️ And there is little left to close !!🤦🏻‍♀️ How long did it take to fill out paperwork for government help to pay for my vaccines 🤔???? To which I reply ironically... I'm not asking for help from the government!!!!! Does my child need 1 vaccine!! And I bring $$$ to pay!! Their excuse was, that they didn't have time because I had to close the cash register 💵 and that they could only serve me with insurance 😳🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ What a pity that they only work to receive a check. If you don't like giving customer service? Don't look for a receptionist job!!📣 If he had 0 stars ⭐️ he would give them to Miss Ross!!

Everytime I try to access the site it says my access is blocked. I have never been to the site before, so it must be broken. One time it said I was blacklisted.
