I was looking to purchase my first handgun and stumbled upon D&L on Google. I noticed some bad reviews, but most of them essentially boiled down to the customers fault - so I ignored them and gave them a try. The gentlemen behind the counter were instantly welcoming, and extremely informative, helpful, and happy the entire time they worked with me. I am so happy I chose D&L to do business with, and I'll happily return many more times.

Went in to sell a new gun and walking in they just look at you like you don’t belong, you ask a question and the guys are just bothered and annoyed. I wanted to sell and they insisted that only trade in is available the guy makes a phone call and someone answers says a price and that’s it. Didn’t look at the product or anything just the first number off the head. It’s crazy was a good shop at one point. If you don’t enjoy your job leave it’s simple bad day stay at home.

Pretty good experience, I was a little skeptical because I purchased my first pistol (as a person of color it’s already a little nerve wrecking) also because there were quite of few bad reviews left by other customers. when I walked in it was super busy but still, a employee named Sean helped me as I was being super super picky and he was patient enough and actually recommended a m&p 2.0 spec series, I didn’t know much about this gun but it was exactly what I was looking for. Don’t shop online, visit them for the best experience . Also, when you walk in and are ready to talk to someone behind the counter make sure you call out for their attention because there is no line, pretty much if you’re ready to see something or make a purchase.

Great Selection of guns and accessories. This place can get really busy at times and becomes a free for all when trying to get a space in line to make a purchase. Not the stores fault but expect it could be like that at times. I purchased my first gun from D&L it was a good experience I felt like I was treated good.

An AR-15 stripped lower is a completely machined lower receiver that the lower parts kit (hammer, trigger, buffer tube, magazine catch, etc) has not been installed in. It is the serialized part of the firearm and is subject to all of the laws regarding such.
Yes, absolutely. You are not locked in to buying a particular firearm or even one. When you go back within 30 days of your background check application, you can change your mind to get a different firearm or get more than one as long as your application and choice is for a particular type. For example, if you apply to purchase a long gun (ie rifle) you can't change that to a pistol. It has to be a long gun (ie rifle, shotgun). If you want to change to a different type, then you have to start your application and 7 day waiting period again.
they have a whole line up of lwrc , wouldn't be surprised if they had that specific model, worst case they'll order you one for best price in RI
