We purchased over $50,000 between sliders and windows and the crew did a very good job. Once the sliders were installed we noticed that we had beige windows and the screens for the sliders came in white. Emails back and forth and finally this last one was the best! Good evening, May 10, 2022 I know you had stated you would let me know when the screen door would come in but just let me say this. June 6th will be a year we had the windows and sliders installed and I notified you's that the screen color was wrong back in september only to be told a new one would be ordered only to find out in January that it was never ordered. So here we are 11 months later and still no screen.. Frustrating? ABSOLUTELY!!! For the amount of money I paid for the windows I certainly expected better service!! Here we are June 10th and still waiting on the boss to get back to us. We all make mistakes, one of my biggest ones was to hire this company. It took a month to install 9 windows on the front of my house, and the installation was sloppy. That's the only way I can describe it. I did all the clean up. One of the windows is defective with condensation between panes, in the dead air zone, and as of today it has not been addressed by the company, after I sent them I do not know how many emails.

After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.

Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day.
