This Agency offered me a quote to switch to their company. I had multiple conversations with a rep who offered me a specific price to switch I went through the process of moving all of my vehicles and my renters and insurance over to Tom Marshall this was a big mistake don't do it!!!! 2 months after they called me up to let me know they made a mistake and they were now going to raise my rates they were going to charge me more for one car then I was paying for two cars put together!! They didn't try to make it right they didn't try to fix it just too bad!!! My best advice would be to stay clear of State farm and Tom Marshall's office!

I switched to Tom Marshall's office as my agent about a year ago. The reason is that my old State Farm agent would never answer the phone or return calls until the day they received my request to switch. I called Tom's office each week for 3 weeks. Each and every time Tracy answered the phone so on the third week I told her I would like to switch agents and I did. I have been very pleased with the personal touch they have given me, not to mention the service. Last week I received a Thanksgiving Day card and a Birthday card...Today I received a phone call from AJ wishing me a happy birthday as well. It is nice to get that home town service. If you are not satisfied with your current agent, give them a call...
