We have come here several times, and haven’t been disappointed. The prices are fair for the options of activities, and the food has flavor (if the right employees cook it). Our last time we were immediately greeted by Yuly, who took the time to explain all the options and help us with the waiver process. It’s a laid back place for adults and kids of all ages, so some employees can be lax, but she was on point, and for sure will not only be back, but recommend this place to others.

Do not have your kids birthday party here! They are rude and unprofessional. Save your money and go somewhere else! This picture is of the “clean” utensils they gave us. The hosts were in the room nonstop after I had told them we do not need their help. They tangled all the balloons we had to blow up downstairs and could not get them apart after. I was so mad they way they just came in and took my guest plates and drinks that weren’t even done yet! I asked to speak with a manager or someone over the age of 20 and there was no one there. Never again!!

The kids loved this place! I thought it was a little pricey and very dangerous on a Saturdayevening. It felt like a ChuckECheese, night club style! I brought 4 kids and they went in opposite directions and children were running all over. Mine were older, but parents with little ones will need to be on full alert.

Absolutely terrible. Went tonight 03/26 for a bowling party for my sister's birthday. Took 30 minutes to get the bowling just set up, when there was prepaid reservations. There was a poor teenager OFF THE CLOCK working to help us get set up. Not his fault at all. No management or semblance to be found the entire night by the staff who was on the clock. Bartender messed up several tabs from our party. I will be telling all of my friends and family to stay very clear of hosting any function or event at Launch.

Yes, definitely better than the last place.... The kids had a blast... It was a bday party, so i dont know the hourly..... Also the new place isnt as deafening as the old one.

It depends on how long you go for and you have to buy socks but I think it's between like 12 and 14 an hour? They are relocating to Bernie and Phil's so I think they're closed until the reopening
Hi Jamie, each color represents a different time that is 15 minutes apart, so the colors reflect what time your jump time ends. They did have a toddler area at the old location. The new location hasn't opened yet so I don't know what is there yet. It should be opening this month so we'll see at that point what they have to offer but I'd imagine they will have that area again.
There is no age minimum or limit. However there is a toddler time on Fridays 10am -12pm which geared towards younger children

Hi Rebecca, our normal hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:30pm-8pm, Fridays we are open 3:30pm-9pm, Saturdays we are open 10am-10pm and Sunday we are open 10am-8pm. Hi Rosie, your one-hour admission gives you access to the trampolines, rock wall, ninja course and foam battle pit. You can then play your laser tag game after your one hour on the trampolines. Let me know if you have any other questions!
