The broken garage door was replaced and is working correctly. Probably due to COVID, we ended up going with a plainer door than my wife would have wanted because it was in stock and could be installed in short order calendar wise. Everything works great. However, her Feng Shui is slightly unbalanced because of this. This is of course, my fault. Personally, I am blaming this on Garage Headquarters. They should have foreseen the door failure and had the appropriate replacement ready to go. (Only in my dreams). Except for this lack of foresight, I would have given it a 5 star rating.

System worked well for about 8 years, then springs started to break, cables broke and the doors rusted; need to hold button down for one door in order for it to completely close rather than tapping once. Minimum cost of $150 to have someone come out to look at broken parts, then additional cost to fix. Great customer service.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by this company. I initially spoke with Kaitlin who was both courteous and very knowledgeable. She was able to arrange a same day visit by Cory, the service technician. He arrived punctually and quickly completed the repair of a broken spring. While onsite he went the extra mile to check and adjust not only the door that needed repair, but also the second door in our two car garage. All in all a great experience.
