I had all my home windows replaced with triple pane vinyl windows from Pro Edge remodeling. Their employees Mark and Ray were the ones who did the installation. They replaced every window and window sills throughout my home. They were very courteous and professional throughout the installation process. I have 3 small dogs that they had to work around and they were cordial and playful with all our pets. The removal and installation took 2 1/2 days and we are very happy with the end result. The windows come with a lifetime warranty as long as I remain in my house and if I sell the warranty is transferable to the new owners for 25 years. We are very happy with the new windows and are looking forward to the energy savings they will produce. I would highly recommend this product and service to all my family and friends. My experience has been all bad and it's continuing to get worse. I spent a lot of time with the salesman to explain we needed 2 window inserts and 2 complete window (casings and all) replacements. Sadly, I work from home and didn't pay enough attention when the windows were installed. I wound up getting 4 window inserts so I have 2 new windows that leak because the old casings leak. So bad salesman but some of it is my fault because I signed off without checking because I was busy. One of the windows was cracked. The installer said it would take a few days to a week to replace it. In fact, it was 2.5 months to replace it. When they did, it wasn't a new sash but the glass to replace the cracked piece of glass. The pane sent was too big. The installer said they would get back to me in a few days to correct the error. That was June 30. Today is July 25 and I've heard nothing. I don't even own this house anymore and I'm not sure how to fix this problem. This has been without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with a company. They have failed almost every way you could fail.

I ended up going with another company who provided the service of canceling any pending estimates appointment I still had. This company wouldn't accept notice of cancellation so I called them directly. Spoke with Tim who kept trying to get an consultation in. After several minutes of informing him the appointed needed to be canceled, he kept trying to push his estimate on me. When I asked to speak with a manager, told me he was the manager. I asked to speak with his superior and he denied me all information and refused to confirm the cancellation. They were pushy, did not provide the customer service I requested on the phone, and would not verify cancellation.

Pushy sales bit. Inflated prices. Phony calls to the management. The price isn’t the price. Find a trusted builder and have them install windows at a quarter of the price. The original price I was given was cut in half by the end of the sales pitch. They kept calling me every month and want another meeting when they had all of my info. The sales man was rude when I told him just give me the price. He said another person has to come out and price the job. This was already done. Beware, professional sales people, nice presentation, over priced product to pay all these middle men.
