Thought it was great. We went to go find hiking boots for my husband and they had a bunch. It's a 4-star because only 1 pair was in our price range. He tried them on, but after getting them home, decided he needed a different size, so we went back the next day and exchanged them. Fast service and polite employees.

Not sure. This store has a large inventory.

I have been in the Shoe Carnival system for years, but yet whenever I bought shoes there on Sept 7th, I wasn't rewarded points on my purchase. Today, I visited there again with a purchase and no points rewarded. Showing points, how long?

I just thought the points were added to the receipt. I discovered they were not later with a closer look at the receipt. I guess I can call them to see how the reward points really do work. Thanks
