I have bought 2 cars from Courtesy Ford. Both times I worked with Jason and he is an amazing salesman! He goes above and beyond and his customer service skills are awesome. I lived in Athens when I bought my first car with Jason. I went to the dealership alone because I was only going to look around. I ended up buying a car and not having anyone to help me get both cars back home. I told them that I would have to come back to pick my new car up the next day. Jason told me not to worry because he would bring the car to me. He drove the car to my place and had his wife meet him to pick him up. Above and beyond!

Had my 2013 Ford Explorer towed to this location 2 months ago. Vehicle has a warranty. I was told a tech was going to do a diagnostic test which never happened. I was told I needed a timing belt and water pump. The cost was over 7,000 dollars. Once I told Kim the vehicle had a warranty everything changed. When the rep for the warranty company showed up. He was told by the technician he couldn't identify the sound the suv was making but a week before the tech said I needed a timming belt and a water pump. Call numerous times left messages with Kim to call the company back and have the rep come back out. She ignored our phone calls and even said she had the wrong number. We have taken our 2 Ford vehicles to this location for service a few times. My question was. How could you not have a number? I even emailed the service manager and he never emailed back. I will never take my vehicles here for service and I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. Kim offered the worest customer service an so did the service manager. Picking my vehicle up to take to another dealership tommarrow. Consumers beware!!!!

They did me fantastic... I was highly satisfied with their work & they were extremely respectful & let me know everything that needed to be done on my Ford Escape before they did anything... They even showed me what needed to be done & gave me an extremely fair price as well... Tgey even gave me a date when the work would be completed & the SUV was completed on that very date they gave... They even gave me a rental car while work was being done for an excellent price as well... Sorry you had a bad experience... I couldn't be any more thrilled with their work than I am now... I highly recommend them to everyone that I know that has car issues because they're fair, honest & will not screw you over with their work ethics or prices... They are amazing... I'm a very happy client... Just saying... Dennis Craft took care of me & I'm thrilled with the great job he did on my Ford Escape...

They will order it... Bodyshop in the back of the dealership will put it on... But take it to Leer truck down the street from ford for a better price
Maybe the mkt if it's still available. Other than that it would be a step up to navigator which is more similar to expedition

Sounds more like a column issue more than likely shift actuator just abouve the tube
