I have bought 2 cars from Courtesy Ford. Both times I worked with Jason and he is an amazing salesman! He goes above and beyond and his customer service skills are awesome. I lived in Athens when I bought my first car with Jason. I went to the dealership alone because I was only going to look around. I ended up buying a car and not having anyone to help me get both cars back home. I told them that I would have to come back to pick my new car up the next day. Jason told me not to worry because he would bring the car to me. He drove the car to my place and had his wife meet him to pick him up. Above and beyond!

Had my 2013 Ford Explorer towed to this location 2 months ago. Vehicle has a warranty. I was told a tech was going to do a diagnostic test which never happened. I was told I needed a timing belt and water pump. The cost was over 7,000 dollars. Once I told Kim the vehicle had a warranty everything changed. When the rep for the warranty company showed up. He was told by the technician he couldn't identify the sound the suv was making but a week before the tech said I needed a timming belt and a water pump. Call numerous times left messages with Kim to call the company back and have the rep come back out. She ignored our phone calls and even said she had the wrong number. We have taken our 2 Ford vehicles to this location for service a few times. My question was. How could you not have a number? I even emailed the service manager and he never emailed back. I will never take my vehicles here for service and I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. Kim offered the worest customer service an so did the service manager. Picking my vehicle up to take to another dealership tommarrow. Consumers beware!!!!

I refuse to return to this Courtesy Ford. The wait is too long. By the time I left there I was needing brakes. Shady business.

They did me fantastic... I was highly satisfied with their work & they were extremely respectful & let me know everything that needed to be done on my Ford Escape before they did anything... They even showed me what needed to be done & gave me an extremely fair price as well... Tgey even gave me a date when the work would be completed & the SUV was completed on that very date they gave... They even gave me a rental car while work was being done for an excellent price as well... Sorry you had a bad experience... I couldn't be any more thrilled with their work than I am now... I highly recommend them to everyone that I know that has car issues because they're fair, honest & will not screw you over with their work ethics or prices... They are amazing... I'm a very happy client... Just saying... Dennis Craft took care of me & I'm thrilled with the great job he did on my Ford Escape...

Great place to go to purchase a car, wonderful service and people too work with. Tony Goudy is a great agent who works for you to get in a car that you love.

I've had same issue with this dealership when purchasing a car. I ended up speaking with the GM

Called to get a car repair quote talked to service rep gave all info she said she would call me back. That was a week ago no call. Called service 4 times following week left message still no call back.

I was awful the sale manager was very rude we got a car didnt even drive 1500 miles already having problems they lied to my face said they have fix it and never did will never again buy a car from them or tell anyone to go there

I recently had my 2011 Ford F-150 (90000 miles) serviced with spark plugs , coil boots and serpentine belt replaced; air induction service along PCM flashed. My gas mileage immediately decreased. How is this possible?
