I gave CHA a 5 star rating because of the staff! They're all very professional, helpful, understanding. The neighborhood is safe which is a plus. My townhome is THE BEST. I love all of the space it provides for my family & I. Whenever there has been an issue with my unit it was taken care of within a timely manner.

Right now Conyers Housing is not accepting new residents because they getting ready to remodel, supposingly started this year. I know this because I stay in Conyers Housing since 2002

This housing authority does not work with section 8. You can move anywhere that takes section 8, even in apartments. If you need to speak with someone at Conyers housing Authority please call them and they will explain.
