You're gonna want to ask for Tyler! Awesome guy and manager. They don't work on commission so no upsales. Just honest. Discount Tires now owns Tire Rack so u can do your independent research first. What is great about Discount Tires is they will rotate tires for free for life of tires. Buy the certificates, well worth it as I got a free new tire replaced bc sidewall was wearing. I even brought my mother's van in when she left at my house to go on trip. Tire had small hole that they fixed for free, even though she is not a customer; they did it bc I hv been customer for 15 years and now for lifetime! One star off is the workers leave a mess on steering wheel after they are touching tires, etc. they drive vehicle with same hands. Leaves a mess on wheel, door etc. Then that transfers to me. Yuck.

Yes, but depending on the season it's very busy. I highly recommend booking an appointment online, it helps them serve you quicker, too, having information ahead of time if you can specify what you need
